Missouri Educator Profile (MEP)

The MEP is an assessment of work style preferences used to support the development of effective educator work habits. It is not being used for admission into a program. There are no right or wrong answers, so it is important to answer the questions honestly.

Your results are presented in a Development Report so that you can better understand how your current work habits compare to those of effective educators and what you can do to develop your work habits further. You are encouraged to review the results with your advisor and to create a plan for your professional development.

Although it is not a requirement, some preparation programs may instruct you to complete the MEP.

The MEP must be completed within 365 days after you register.

Format	Internet-based survey, 192 questions
Time	Candidates complete the profile at their convenience.
Test Dates	Candidates complete the profile at their convenience.
Test Sites	Candidates complete the profile online, from any computer connected to the internet.
Test Fee	$22 Review payment information.
Score Reporting	A MEP Development Report is provided immediately upon completing the profile.
Testing Policies	When you register, you must agree to abide by all rules and policies. Read them now.
